However, he was not happy with his current operating system. With frustration, Grewal decided to build a new revolutionizing system that could solve all the challenges that most limo operators face while doing business in the industry. This is how the idea of Ground Alliance came into existence.
Unveils Dispatch Management System
We were using really good software. but we were looking for something modern, more robust, and more efficient in all aspects. We knew, what our clients were looking for! So, we decided to build it ourselves Grewal said. Later more than 70 operators of varying sizes, both nationally and internationally. During the development phase, we offered beta testing to our focused groups, and from their feedback, we improved our system. Now Ground Alliance is capable of handling advanced booking, dispatching, and invoicing tasks effectively that our industry has been facing for so long.
